Chinese Ethnic and Folk Dance 中国民族民间舞
The basic training of Chinese classical dance includes the physical characteristics of "uprightness, twisting, leaning, roundness, and curvature", the quality abilities of "flashing, expanding, leaping, and moving", the dynamic rules of "combining strength and softness", and the movement essence of "combining form, spirit, and strength". Its content is specifically manifested through the cultivation of students' physical fitness, technical skills, style and rhythm, and artistic expression, in order to achieve the training qualities and basic standards required for a Chinese classical dance student and lay a good foundation for dance performance. 中国古典舞基本功训练具备“直立、拧、倾、圆、曲”的体态特 征,“闪、展、腾、挪”的素质能力,“刚柔并济”的动势规律律, “形神劲律”的动作精髓。其内容具体表现为,通过对学员进行 身体素质强化训练、技术技巧、风格韵律以及艺术表现⼒等多⽅⾯内容的培养,以达到⼀名中国古典舞学员所必须具备的训 练素质和基础规范,为舞蹈表演打下良好的基础。
